Annet Mahendru

Mahendru was born to an Russian mother and Hindu Indian father in Afghanistan. She fluently speaks German Russian English. Annet Mahendru is the daughter of an Indian father and an Indian father and a Russian mother. In 2011, she devised an original choreography, which earned her the opportunity to appear on German TV as a Russian snowmaiden. She later transformed into a Indian dancer. Her high school graduation was successful with a bachelor's diploma in English at the University of New York. After school she took acting classes at the HB Studio but then quit to pursue improvisation classes at the Groundlings School taking on several comedy projects thereafter. Her parents were a Hindu as well as an Indian father, Ghanshan K Mahendru, a Russian mom Olga. She moved from Afghanistan to East Meadow New York, with her father when she was 13, and is now starring alongside Matthew Rhys and Keri Russel on FX's The Americans. Television actress who is best known for her role as the former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova on FX's The Americans. She had a recurring part in Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
